Spiritual Direction

Spiritual direction is a form of soul care that creates intentional space to slow down, listen, and become attentive to God’s presence in everyday life. At Christ First Counseling Center, this work is offered through a framework we call Renovate—a guided pathway that emphasizes discernment, reflection, and spiritual formation rather than diagnosis or treatment.

Who is this for?

Spiritual Direction is for anyone who has questions about their life’s purpose, direction, transitions, or calling. Perhaps you puzzle about what an experience could mean for your relationship with God and others. This is for:

  • Leaders, pastors, and ministry workers desiring space to be spiritually cared for

  • Christians longing to slow down and attend to their inner life with God

  • Those carrying unanswered questions about faith, calling, or purpose

  • Individuals desiring guidance in prayer, reflection, and spiritual practices
